Dog Agility Competition Courses

[Johan De Kegel]

For me, designing courses is looking for harmony, harmony between dog and handler, harmony in confidence, harmony in challenge,

ensure a possibility in connection and respect the experience of the dog (G1, G2 …..)

I always create my courses from the dog's point of view. What does the dog see after taking a device, when the handler is unclear to the dog or too late and the dog decides, then .....

Remember, a dog can make a decision in a fraction of a second !
When the dog line is on paper, I check whether the handler is able to help his dog ...

Which option in the handler's position is the best for connection with the dog ...

and above all everything: "stays it safe for the dog …"
One thing is for sure on my courses, doubt is not a good option
